Conversion of a Nonconforming Use
Description: Upon written petition, the Village Board may, on a case-by-case basis, allow the conversion of a nonconforming use to another nonconforming use. Procedures and requirements are found in Section 170.600 of the zoning code.

Initiation: The owner of the subject property may submit an application for the conversion of a nonconforming use.

Decision maker(s): Plan Commission makes a recommendation and the Village Board makes the final decision
