Expansion of a Nonconforming Building
Description: A nonconforming building (i.e., a building built too close to a lot line) with a conforming use may be expanded in compliance with all requirements of the Zoning Code and with the procedures and requirements outlined in Section 170.620 of our Village Code.

Decision maker(s): Plan Commission makes a recommendation and the Village Board makes the final decision
