100-Year Floodplain

Environmental Corridors
Show Description
This overlay district includes those lands designated as primary and secondary environmental corridor by the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission (SEWRPC) in their mapping for 2015. Special standards are set forth in Article 12 of the zoning code.
This district imposes additional standards for properties in the shoreland area (i.e., generally 1,000 feet from lakes and 300 feet from streams). See Section 70.211 for all of the special requirements that may apply.
